Maylis SOUQUE is the Secretary General of the French OECD NCP for Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) and Senior Advisor on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Directorate General of the Treasury of the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance. She organizes the work of the French NCP, a tripartite body (Trade Unions, Business Organization, and Government) and promotes the International standards for Responsible Business Conduct. As a non-judicial grievance mechanism, the NCP offers a platform for dialogue to stakeholders to resolve RBC / Business and Human Rights conflicts. Maylis Souque contributed to the French NCP "Rana Plaza" Report on Due Diligence in Garment Global Supply Chain in 2013. She is an expert on French Due Vigilance Law adopted in 2017. Beside CSR/RBC, Maylis SOUQUE is a specialist for civil and military crisis management and situations of fragility, and economic governance and multilateral organisations (EU, IFIS, etc). Ms. SOUQUE holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Law from the Pierre Mendès France University of Grenoble, France.
